Family Doctor™ is an app-based platform, with a vision to make home/ institution-based healthcare services more accessible, affordable and reliable. The team worked to develop a product which aims to reach out almost 50% of the untapped healthcare market in urban and suburb areas where accessibility is still a challenge due operational infeasibility for many. The aim is to bring a sophisticated yet simple platform for its users to get a quick solution to all their healthcare needs at one single platform, without any hassle, while allowing them to choose and sort from a wide range of services that we have in our scope, to offer.

Project Management
Coordinated with stakeholders involved in planning to execution w.r.t product deliverables: app, website, domains, CRM, etc.; SPOC for external and internal customers for all the project related activities and at all stages of product development.
